Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing / Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage client communication and internal coordination with our editors and creative team. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and clear communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and production team for project updates
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team
• Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle client feedback and revisions smoothly
• Maintain proper documentation and project status reports
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in client servicing/coordination role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of creative / media / production workflows
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
