Position Overview: Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others? As a Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll be the front line of communication with physicians, lab technicians, practice managers, and purchasing agents. Your role will combine relationship-building, consultative sales, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction from initial inquiry to post-installation support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with prospective and current clients via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Educate customers on available equipment, services, and preventative maintenance options
  • Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, invoices, and support cases
  • Coordinate logistics for order fulfillment, equipment installations, and service calls
  • Communicate with vendors to track orders and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and think on your feet
  • Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and desire to grow with the company
