Day to Day

Build an operational structure for partners, create a system to improve operational and knowledge expertise, and guide the way for self-driven operations.
Direct the development and growth of the operation department toward self-driven operation of partners, and contribute to achieving the goals of each partner and the Agency Sales/Client Success (CS) organization as a whole, in partnership with Agency Development Partner (ADP)/Agency Manager (AM).
Willingness to build/reform the partner's organization on your own without being stuck in the status quo.

Responsibilities

Help revenue growth by resolving partner issues and optimizing operational and Customer Help (CS) structures.
Improve partners' operations by enhancing product knowledge, assessing proficiency, and creating tailored learning plans.
Implement action plans aligned with the CS Agency strategy, offering post-implementation feedback and help in strategy refinement.
Accountable for many partners; enhancing the capacity for consistent operations and knowledge refinement.
Enhance partner business expansion by fortifying operational teams, addressing organizational obstacles, and directing partner organizations in partnership with the Manager and ADP/AM. Streamline end-client recruitment and enhance processes through the effective utilization of Indeed.
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse interested parties, initiating impactful communication to influence our surroundings, while offering steadfast help to enhance partners' long-term internal operational structures. Work with partners to achieve optimal Indeed product proposals and operations, establishing exemplary operational best practices.
Promote organizational development through manager-supported efforts to achieve both partner and team member goals, while advancing the strategy endorsed by Specialists.

Skills/Competencies

2+ years of basic Client Success experience or equivalent and 1+year of experience working in the AG area or equivalent.
Strategic thinking - Recognize partner issues, pinpoint root causes, and formulate long-term solutions.
Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) implementation experience to motivate partners - Swift & Efficient planning-to-implementation, key change agent in the partner's Indeed operations
Excellent engagement with others - Direct collaboratively with internal/external partners, and achieve parallel quality initiatives
Initiate actions to overcome obstacles related to change and flexibility, while maintaining an overwhelming sense of ownership
Leverage and achieve through alignment to the organization's worldview as an Agency Specialist

Salary Range Transparency

Dusseldorf 44,000 - 67,000 EUR per year
