As a Client Success Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in onboarding new customers and ensuring they get the most out of PaintScout’s platform. Ready to make an impact? What You’ll Do:

• Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, helping them set up and use PaintScout effectively.
• Deliver personalized coaching sessions to educate clients on features and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor and build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve the product and customer experience.
• Develop expertise in the PaintScout platform to provide thoughtful insights and solutions to clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools or other customer management platforms.
• A proactive problem solver who can anticipate customer needs and identify solutions.
• Experience in the painting or home services industry.
• You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy working towards shared goals.

Location Requirements: Calgary, AB :(Hybrid role, 3-4 days in office) Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
