About us

We're a Delhi-based 3D printing services company, making custom parts, prototypes and products for businesses, engineers and designers across India.

What you'll do

IndiaMART and lead hunting

- Stay logged in to IndiaMART for your whole shift, watching for new buy-leads and picking up relevant ones the moment they appear.

- Call every new enquiry within minutes, before competitors do, and understand what the client needs.

- Follow up on every lead by call, WhatsApp and email until it becomes an order or is closed.

- Check TradeIndia, Justdial and other portals for fresh 3D printing enquiries.

Client support and quotes

- Manage the company inbox: reply to enquiries, quote requests and order updates professionally.

- Prepare 3D printing quotes using our pricing method (full training provided).

- Confirm orders, share production and delivery updates, and handle client issues.

- Coordinate with the production team on job details and timelines.

- Keep leads, quotes and client records organised in Google Sheets or a CRM.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience picking and handling IndiaMART leads (strongly preferred)

- Quick, confident and comfortable on the phone with clients all day

- Good written and spoken English, plus Hindi

- Able to write clear, professional emails

- Able to work from our office in Rithala, Delhi

- 1+ years in inside sales, customer support or client coordination (freshers with strong phone skills considered)

Good to have

- Familiarity with 3D printing, manufacturing or engineering terms

- Experience with TradeIndia, Justdial or other B2B portals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
