Responsibilities:

• Assist the Doctor during chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatments
• Communicate with and assist patients (scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling emails)
• Manage invoices and payments at the clinic
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic at all times
• Participate in corporate events when required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive team player
• Confident and fluent in English
• Computer literacy
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical environment
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Rotate between clinics (Bedok and Clementi) to support operations when necessary

Working Hours:

• 5 workdays (4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
• Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Our Story

One Spine Chiropractic came to life in 2019 when two friends Dr. Melanie and Dr. Anthony decided to combine their years of chiropractic wellness experience. This dynamic duo aims to increase the awareness that we only have One Spine, and it is something that we should take good care of. We care for people of all ages from grandchildren to grandparents and especially love seeing the growing family members in our clinic: babies, children, and mums-to-be. "

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
