Clinic assistant job required.
Clinic location : Walking distance from Lakeside MRT station
Working hours : 5 Weekday mornings 830am to 3 pm , 3 weekday nights 6 to 9 pm and 1 weekend morning 830 am to 1 pm . Off on all public holidays
Able to communicate with Mandarin and English speaking patients.
Responsibilities:
· To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
· Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
· Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
· Dispensary
· Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
· Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
· Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
Requirements:
· Prior experience as clinic assistant or clinic manager will be an advantage.
· Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin
· Computer literacy
· Good interpersonal skills
· Service oriented and a good team player
· Hardworking and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $2000 - $2,400.00 per month
