Laserlicious is an award-winning medical aesthetics clinic in Etobicoke, known for advanced laser, skin, body, and medical aesthetics treatments. We are looking for an experienced Clinic Coordinator to join our team and help support our clients, providers, and daily clinic operations.

This is not a basic receptionist role. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, sales-minded, professional, and experienced in the medical spa or aesthetics industry. The right candidate understands how to speak with clients, guide them through treatment options, follow up properly, support bookings, and contribute to a high-end client experience.

Our clinic is results-driven, education-focused, and built on personalized treatment plans. We need someone who can represent that standard from the first phone call to the final checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a professional, welcoming clinic experience
• Answer phone calls, emails, Instagram/Facebook messages, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Confidently explain services, promotions, treatment packages, deposits, pricing structure, and booking options
• Convert inquiries into consultations, bookings, and treatment plans
• Follow up with leads, consultations, existing clients, and missed opportunities
• Support rebooking, client retention, package sales, and product recommendations
• Manage the clinic schedule and ensure appointments are booked properly and efficiently
• Process payments, deposits, invoices, and client checkout
• Maintain accurate client notes, communication records, and booking details
• Learn and understand our treatments, technologies, skincare products, and clinic protocols
• Support monthly promotions, client communication, and email/text follow-ups
• Assist with inventory control, product restocking, and clinic organization
• Help maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and professional standards of the clinic
• Support providers and management with day-to-day operations
• Assist with social media, in-clinic promotions, events, and client experience initiatives when needed

Required Experience

• Previous medical spa, aesthetics clinic, cosmetic dermatology, laser clinic, or beauty/wellness clinic experience is required
• Strong sales and customer service experience
• Comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, packages, and promotions with clients
• Experience using booking software, POS systems, email, and basic computer programs
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
• Professional, polished, reliable, and mature

Schedule

• Full-time position available
• Must be flexible to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Availability must align with clinic needs

Compensation

• Hourly wage based on experience

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
