Clinical Assistant – Hair | Skin Clinic

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to support our dermatology and aesthetic team at a Hair & Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during procedures, manage patient care, and ensure smooth daily clinic operations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during hair and skin treatments
• Perform blood withdrawal (venipuncture) for GFC and PRP procedures following clinical protocols
• Prepare and label blood samples and operate centrifuge machines as per SOPs
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures
• Support procedures such as PRP, GFC, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and other aesthetic services
• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards
• Guide patients before, during, and after procedures and ensure comfort
• Monitor patients for basic post-procedure reactions and report to the doctor
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and consumables
• Handling front desk and medical team for smooth clinic operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• DMLT, Diploma / Certification in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related healthcare field preferred
• Experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of hair and skin treatments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a clinical environment
• Willingness to learn new treatments and technologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures
• Knowledge of laser machines and dermatology equipment
• Basic computer and EMR knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
