We are seeking compassionate, skilled clinicians to join our team and help us bring specialized, high-quality counselling services to Vancouver Island and beyond.

We are looking for one or more of the following skills:

• Exposure and Response Preventions
• CBT I for sleep disorders
• I-CBT
• Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy
• CBT for anxiety, panic, and mood
• Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics and Tourette's
• SCAMP/ComB for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviours
• CBT for Pain Management
• CBT E for eating disorders
• Neurodivergent-affirming therapy using CBT (ADHD / autism)
• Other specialized CBT trainings

Position Overview

• Provide clinical counselling
• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians
• Maintain clinical documentation and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with BCACC, or eligible for registration or CCC (Certified Canadian Counsellor) or Social Work registered with the BC Association of Social Workers.
• Master’s degree in counselling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical judgement and ethical practice
• Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive care
• Specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
