Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations, oversee nursing teams, and ensure exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with Australian aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise RNs, ENs, and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
• Oversee clinical care plans, resident assessments, and wellbeing outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control protocols
• Manage medication systems, clinical documentation, and audits
• Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, families, and external providers
• Support accreditation reviews and regulatory compliance
• Mentor, train, and support nursing staff development
• Handle clinical escalations, incidents, and emergency situations
• Assist with staffing coordination and workforce planning
• Drive continuous improvement in resident care and service quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Leadership experience in aged care or senior nursing roles
• Strong knowledge of Australian aged care legislation and accreditation standards
• Excellent clinical leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and incident response

Pay: From $11,000.00 per month
