About the Role
You are an experienced and motivated nurse with extensive orthopaedic experience, whose is ready to take the next step in your clinical and leadership journey. You thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the Orthopaedic setting.
As an Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will use best practice standards to coordinate the care of complex orthopaedic patients. You will provide specialist nursing care, expertise and leadership, supporting other heath professionals in the management of complex orthopaedic patients across the inpatient and outpatient continuum.

Out multidisciplinary approach ensures that all team members – nursing, surgical, and allied health - contribute to positive outcomes and continuous learning.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following skillset
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Orthopaedic Nursing
- Proven clinical assessment skills
- Proven clinical leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
- A current NZ APC as a Registered Nurse
