About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated NZ Registered Pharmacist wishing to join our pharmacy team in a fixed-term position to cover a secondment. This is an opportunity to join a highly engaged pharmacy team with a strong emphasis on clinical service provision and quality whilst also collaborating with a wide range of teams within Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki.
The role includes the following:
- Delivery of clinical ward services to a defined area, including Electronic Medicines Reconciliation on admission.
- Medicine information.
- Delivery of In-service training/education.
- Medicine-related guideline/protocol development and reviews.
- Medicine supply-related activities, including non-sterile manufacturing.

About you
You will need to have:
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Hold a current APC with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting is desired.
