Clinical Psychologist

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is focused on helping individuals transition from hospital to skilled nursing and eventually home or to an assisted living. Our skilled team of providers achieve this through actively listening to concerns, medication management, and individualized treatment plans for each patient. By offering an array of services we provide our patients, as well as individuals in the community access to care in our clinics.

A rapidly growing company founded by triple-board certified psychiatrist Dr. Pari Deshmukh (Dr. Desh), Balanced Wellbeing LLC, is offering employment opportunities to Clinical Psychologists. This opportunity is ideal for those who want to learn and excel in practicing psychology in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist in FL
  • NPI Number
  • Able to Pass Level 2 Screening
  • Verifiable Employment References
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills Required
  • Must be organized, efficient and a patient advocate.

Job Description:

  • Travel/Drive 30 to 60 minutes a day each way to facilities.
  • Conduct psychotherapy assessments, screening protocols, neuropsychological testing, make recommendations for non-pharmacological interventions and provide talk therapy.
  • Receive and respond to calls from facilities assigned to you. No formal on-call duty.
  • Round on patients, collaborating with family & staff as appropriate.
  • Complete documentation and notes timely.
  • Meet productivity and encounter requirements daily of 12/day on average.

Job Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch break included).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
