Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Clinical Receptionist to join our team at Argyll Wellness Centre. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and preferably experience working in a physiotherapy or healthcare clinic setting.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Verify insurance information and assist with direct billing
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support clinic operations and assist practitioners as needed
  • Keep reception and waiting areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
  • Preferred experience working in a physiotherapy or healthcare clinic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Office experience with administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Familiarity with front desk operations in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
