What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the nursing and multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will help coordinate ward processes, manage patient-related administration and contribute to efficient service delivery within the rehabilitation unit.
- Provide accurate data entry, reporting and administrative support.
- Manage ward stock ordering, supplies and inventory maintenance.
- Support patient care coordination through communication and documentation.
- Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, families and staff.
- Assist with meetings, quality improvement initiatives and workplace safety activities.

Selection Criteria
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and consumers.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, comprehension, and spoken word with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Ability to apply problem solving skills to complex issues.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft products.
