Job Description
Your role
You are working in the department Clinical Development EU which is globally performing First-In-Man and Phase I-II Proof-of-Concept cell therapy clinical trials for our new assets. You support your team in all aspects that are required to keep the quality and timeliness of study data and communication on a high level.
- You assist with the preparation and distribution of study-level communication to stakeholders.
- You support distribution and tracking of critical clinical documents and information, e.g. essential documents, study supplies, budgets, manuals, other site and subject related information and investigational product releases in collaboration with the study team.
- You support the preparation and coordination of study related documents.
- You support the study team by proactively identifying, resolving, and/or escalating issues to assigned staff.
- You participate in internal team meetings, recording inputs and decisions (e.g. meeting minutes, etc.) and providing status updates.
Qualifications
Your profile
- You hold an academic degree (Master) in life or natural sciences/healthcare and you are interested clinical research and in cellular therapies.
- Your quick analytical skills are enabling you see the essence without getting lost in details and to make complex things simple.
- You are highly organized, flexible and you know how to prioritize multiple tasks on a regular base. You love to take initiative and to work independently in order to achieve project timelines proactively.
- Your motivation and engagement, your open-minded team play and well-developed interpersonal abilities are helping you to work in a dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in English communication (both in verbal and written) with very good presenting skills. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must have.
