Our established law firm and affiliated title company are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal to manage residential real estate transactions from contract through post-closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to independently handle a high-volume closing pipeline while providing exceptional service to clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential real estate closing files from opening through title policy issuance.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties to facilitate successful closings.
• Prepare and review closing documents, including Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, deeds, and related documentation.
• Order, review, and follow up on title searches, surveys, municipal lien searches, HOA/Condo estoppels, mortgage payoffs, and other required due diligence.
• Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues prior to closing.
• Schedule and coordinate closings while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Complete post-closing tasks, including recording documents and issuing title policies.
• Cross-train and assist with additional real estate and creditor-side foreclosure matters handled by the firm as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling residential real estate closings is required.
• Ability to independently manage files from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing title commitments and related title documents.
• Familiarity with ATIDS and DoubleTime is a plus but not required.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
