CLOUD ADOPTION EXPERT

We are looking for a Cloud Adoption Expert to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

Position Snapshot:

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Type of Contract: Permanent.
Grade: Band 2
Type of work: Hybrid
Work Language: Fluent Business English

The Role:

As a Cloud Adoption Expert, you will bring deep expertise in cloud technologies to support our product and platform teams. You will guide the optimal use of technology to meet business requirements, ensuring that our cloud solutions align with strategic and technical directions. You will collaborate closely with IT Innovation managers, Product managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

In This Role, You Will:

Provide guidance and support in Azure Cloud and Oracle Cloud technologies.
Deliver Infrastructure components through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Support the implementation of Cloud-native Identity, Networking, and Security components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security and internal standards.
Participate in peer reviews of technical designs and documentation.
Mentor and share technology knowledge with product teams.
Make recommendations to improve service effectiveness and efficiency through cloud technologies.
Assist in resolving complex technical problems and root cause investigations.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
9+ years of experience in cloud technologies and technical evaluations.
Proficiency in hands-on IaC development. Extensive experience with Terraform is a must.
Demonstrable experience working with multiple Cloud Providers. Extensive experience with Azure/AWS is mandatory.
Proven experience with Ansible.
Proven experience in leading technical projects and resolving technical issues.
Strong communication skills and experience working in a global environment.
Certification in relevant technical fields is preferred.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

Experience with Microservice architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., AKS, OKE, Openshift).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies.
Knowledge of financial models and budgeting related to technology solutions.
