As a Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Infra in the Customer Success team, you will provide customers with advanced consumption of Azure services to drive business growth and success, ensuring a modern experience aligned with customer demands. We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Azure Infra, who is passionate about driving our customers’ transformation on Microsoft Azure. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, and spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions and engage with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers and developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption. Responsibilities

You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations.
You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution –governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
You will identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments and deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies.
You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience
Fluent Korean language skills to interact with local enterprise customers
English skills to communicate with Global Customer Success and Product Groups

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
2+ years experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
Technical experience and knowledge in Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management. Proficient in .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js or Python development languages and related frameworks.
