• Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide first-level (L1) support for cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, and cloud-hosted applications. System Monitoring: Monitor cloud resources, system health, and performance metrics, responding to alerts and resolving minor incidents. Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing connectivity, configuration, and access control issues under supervision. Ticket Management: Log, track, and escalate unresolved technical issues using standard ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk). Documentation: Help create and maintain clear technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. Automation & Maintenance: Assist senior engineers with routine maintenance tasks, updates, and basic automation scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

Pay: ₹14,971.23 - ₹45,849.74 per month
