Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, in a technology or cloud environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently to engage with Chinese or English speaking stakeholders.
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in communication with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and cloud computing.

Google is heavily investing in its Cloud Technical Infrastructure, creating exciting growth opportunities in Networking, Data Centres, Supply Chain Operations, and are rapidly expanding Machine Learning, Systems, and Cloud AI teams. You will be working as a recruiter to be at the forefront of this growth.In this role, you will be a key member of a dynamic and distributed team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical roles across APAC. You will work closely with the team, hiring managers, and People Operations (POps) cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless experience, while contributing to the team's overall goals.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to gather, organize, and analyze recruiting data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Work with your team to develop robust and overall pipelining strategies that also consider long-term engagement plans.
