Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a CLP Compounder in Liquid Soap Production! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our liquid soap products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for compounding ingredients, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound raw materials for liquid soap production according to established formulations and procedures.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.
- Assist in packaging finished products, ensuring they are correctly labeled and stored for distribution.
- Manage materials handling tasks, including inventory management and organization within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Document production activities accurately in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations as they pertain to manufacturing processes.
- Laboratory experience is a plus, particularly in formulation or testing of products.
- Strong skills in packaging processes and materials handling practices.
- Basic machining skills are beneficial for equipment maintenance tasks.
- Previous warehouse experience will be advantageous in managing inventory effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
