Join our fabulous team at The Plaza and Tallaght Cross Hotels as our Cluster HR Manager!

You will oversee operations and lead all our teams across these two fabulous hotels, located in South County Dublin.

About The Plaza Hotel

Welcome to The Plaza Hotel Dublin with 122 well-appointed ensuite bedrooms, state of the art conference facilities & excellent cuisine.

Over the last 2 years, the entire interior of the 4-star hotel has been extensively refurbished, now comprising of exciting new eateries. The hotel now offers 122 spacious, comfortable and ensuite bedrooms along with a number of large suites. Two large and naturally lit event spaces, together with 4 meeting suites allow for conferences and events of all sizes, ranging from 5-200 people.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all recruitment and selection for both properties, including internal hiring and succession planning.
  • Drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure that our talent is ready to take the next steps in their careers.
  • Create & drive the engagement strategy within both hotels.
  • Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotel, including proper HR Records and documentation.
  • Oversee the payroll budget and processing for the hotel through the Time and Attendance system.

About The Role

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR role, ideally in a Hotel or customer-focused environment.
  • Proactive by nature and a self-starter.
  • 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business or similar. CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement.
  • Experience in payroll and cost management.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
