We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Cluster Human Resources Manager to manage the HR function across two leading hospitality properties in Donegal: Harvey’s Point Hotel, Donegal Town and Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny.
This contract will be from August 2026 to July 2027.
About Harvey’s Point
Harvey’s Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background.
The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.
About Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny
The Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny is a centrally located 4-star hotel offering 114 modern rooms, dining, and a leisure centre with a pool and gym. It is popular for both leisure and business stays, with strong conference facilities and a reputation for comfort and convenience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all recruitment and selection for both properties, including internal hiring and succession planning.
- Drive Training and Development amongst the team to ensure that our talent is ready to take the next steps in their careers.
- Create & drive the engagement strategy within both hotels.
- Maintain employee compliance standards for the hotels, including HR Records and documentation.
- Oversee the payroll budget and processing for the hotel through the Time and Attendance system.
- Manage grievances and disciplinary processes in a fair, consistent, and timely manner. provide guidance and coaching to line managers and supervisors on handling employee relations issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and performance management.
- Coach and mentor line managers and supervisors to strengthen leadership capability.
- Provide training on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement.
About The Role
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HR Manager
- 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business or similar. CIPD qualification is preferred.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and people skills, with a friendly and professional approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to travel between Donegal Town and Letterkenny as required
