Cluster In-Charge to oversee multiple watch retail stores within an assigned territory. The role focuses on driving sales, store operations, visual merchandising, and team performance while ensuring excellent customer experience and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor sales performance across assigned watch retail stores
• Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams
• Ensure VM, display standards, and brand SOP compliance
• Track inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention
• Drive customer engagement, promotions, and local marketing activities
• Coordinate with HO on sales reports, staffing, and operations

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, preferably watches / lifestyle / fashion
• Strong people management and multi-store handling experience
• Good knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory, and store operations
• Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
