Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Cluster Manager role based at our Woden store. As a Cluster Manager at Pillow Talk, you’ll partner with the leaders across our beautiful Canberra stores to nurture and support their professional growth and development. You’ll review store and team member performance on a regular basis and collaborate with respective leaders to formulate and execute action plans that leverage the store’s potential. You’ll be a brand ambassador and create highly personalised experiences for customers and employees alike, ensuring high engagement, an enviable culture, and sustainable revenue growth. You’ll coach your team in the art of communicating our brand story, evoking in-store passion and brand loyalty with team members and customers alike, and empower your team by demonstrating how their efforts align with the business strategy.

A bit about you...

• Experience in multi-site management, with a passion for inspiring and motivating teams
• Experience in a commercial, customer-centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment
• A proven track record of leading teams to consistently achieve revenue targets
• Operational agility with a strong inventory management capabilities
• Fashion or trend oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
• Consultative selling experience, with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of creating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
• Exposure to high volume, large format retailing
• Strong delegation skills and ability to optimise your team's productivity
