Cluster & Senior Director Of Food & Beverage

We are searching for an exceptional leader to oversee a mega F&B operation comprising 20+ outlets, including fine-dining restaurants, buffet dining, coffee shops, and bars. This is an exclusive opportunity for internationally experienced candidates to take charge of one of Egypt’s most dynamic hospitality portfolios.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale F&B operations in luxury hotels or mega cruise ships.
• A blend of European and Middle Eastern experience is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial performance, budgeting, and operational strategies to drive growth and excellence.
• Leadership ability to mentor large teams and maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimise the performance of 20+ diverse F&B outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence across all operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, enhance profitability, and elevate guest experiences.
• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative F&B concepts to meet and exceed market trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all venues.
• Manage vendor relationships and control procurement to maintain cost efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and deliver on revenue and cost targets.
• Spearhead staff recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing and motivated team.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for F&B outlets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging guest feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Work closely with the executive team to align F&B operations with the property’s overall business goals.

What’s On Offer:

Salary: Approx. US$96,000 net annually.
