Carrier Management Executive (CMT) – US Trucking / Carrier Compliance

Job Summary

We are hiring a Carrier Management Executive (CMT) for our US Trucking / Freight Brokerage Operations team.

The role involves carrier onboarding, compliance verification, carrier documentation, TMS management, carrier coordination, roadside assistance, and new driver/carrier sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify MC Authority, DOT status, safety ratings, COI, and carrier credentials.
• Ensure carriers meet FMCSA and company compliance requirements.
• Track insurance, authority, and other document expirations.
• Update and maintain carrier records in the TMS.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Tracking, carriers, and drivers.
• Assist with roadside assistance and compliance-related issues.
• Source and onboard new drivers and carriers through load boards and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records and share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of US Trucking / US Logistics / Freight Brokerage.
• Basic understanding of FMCSA, DOT, MC Authority, COI, and carrier compliance.
• Experience with or willingness to learn TMS and Load Boards.
• Strong English communication and follow-up skills.
• Good documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
