Tradition Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team on the Treasure Coast. Our company provides in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Medication reminders
• Prepare and serve meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Complete daily task sheet if requested

Requirements:

• Current certification as a HHA or CNA License in Florida
• Reliable transportation
• Current level II background check
• CPR Card
• Alzheimer, Assist with Self-Admin Medi, and HIV/AIDS CEUs
• Physician statement free and clear of communicable disease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
