We are looking for a 2nd shift CNC Machine Technician to join our team. If you have a knack for machines or electronics, enjoy a fast-paced environment, have the drive to learn, and are interested in helping people see better, we want you!
What You Will Do:
· Install, repair, and complete preventative maintenance on machinery, mechanical, and electrical equipment for our three building locations
· Troubleshoot machinery and locate the source of problems by interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics
· Read, interpret, and follow instructions and operation manuals
· Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
· Perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
· Operate technology including computers and scanners
· Assist with other maintenance duties throughout all facilities
· Have a very high attention to detail

How to Stand Out:
· Prior experience with machine maintenance, electrical, robotics, pneumatics, and/or programming
· Knowledge of AC/DC
· Associate’s degree, technical diploma, or certification in a related field
· Prior optical experience

Work Location: Onsite; Green Bay, WI
Travel: Valid driver’s license is required. Non-local travel may be required a few times each year for training and educational opportunities.
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
The initial training period will have a first shift schedule. Weekend work may be required occasionally throughout the year.
Starting wage is $25.00+ per hour, based on experience + a $2.00 per hour shift differential.
