About the Role

Tek Ryders is partnering with an established precision manufacturing company in Roseville, MI to place an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer. Responsibilities

• Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, and instructions to determine work requirements
• Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related operations to close and interrelated tolerances
• Perform setup and changeover on CNC equipment
• Conduct inspection and gaging operations to maintain quality standards and specifications
• Measure workpieces for conformance to specifications
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously where possible
• Maintain clean machines, tooling, and parts
• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machine operation experience (conventional and/or CNC)
• 3+ years of CNC CAM programming experience
• MasterCAM programming experience preferred
• Okuma and DMG lathe and machining center experience a plus
• Multi-axis experience a plus
• Vericut programming a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass drug test and physical
• Excellent attendance record required
• Ability to work some Saturdays when needed

Schedule

• Day Shift, Monday through Friday
• 45-50 hours per week
• Occasional Saturdays (approximately 5.5 hours)

Location: Roseville, MI 48066 — in-person only

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
