Job Title: CNC Mill Machine Operator

Job Summary
Unity Recruitments Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Mill Machine Operator for our client in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines and producing precision components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Ensure parts are machined to precise specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Measure and inspect finished products using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using measuring tools and quality inspection equipment
- Basic knowledge of G-code is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC certification or relevant technical training
- Experience with setup and programming is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
