Job Summary

Unity Recruitments Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Mill Machine Operator for our client in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines and producing precision components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure parts are machined to precise specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Measure and inspect finished products using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and quality inspection equipment
• Basic knowledge of G-code is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC certification or relevant technical training
• Experience with setup and programming is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
