Cnc Nesting, Programing - Entry Level

Grizzly Metal Fab Inc. is looking to fill an entry-level position for CNC programming and design. Looking for full-time permanent. Position would be primarily programming for our CNC equipment including hi-def plasma table, PythonX Robotic Beam Line, Router table. It would also include some entry level design work in AutoCAD and Solidworks, we are willing to train. This is not a remote position, must be able to work from our offices.

We are an established and steadily growing metal fabrication company located in the Winfield Industrial Park. Our projects range from small to large in several different and diverse industries. Job Description Details:

~ Utilize AutoCAD to prepare and clean flat pattern files

~ Nest parts to be cut on our CNC Plasma and Router Tables

~ Program and prepare beams to be cut on our CNC

~ Perform design work in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks

Qualifications:

~ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience as asset

~ Enrolment in Mech Tech program, or equivalent experience in the industry

~ Preferred experience in steel fabrication industry

~ Experience with AutoCAD and/or nesting software an asset

~ Must be able to work with minimal supervision

~ Must be able to deal with clients in a professional and friendly manner

~ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to many different roles

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
