CNC Operations Manager (1st & 2nd Shift Oversight)

We’re looking for a senior-level CNC Operations Manager to lead machining operations across both 1st and 2nd shift.

This is not a sit-back management role — this is for someone who has spent years on the floor, understands machining at a deep level, and can step in, troubleshoot, and lead from the front.

If you have 10+ years of leadership experience and can operate CNC equipment confidently, this is an opportunity to take full ownership of production performance across the operation.

What You’ll Own

• Full responsibility for CNC machining operations across 1st and 2nd shift
• Production output, efficiency, and schedule execution
• Leadership and development of supervisors and machinists on both shifts
• Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across the operation
• Driving accountability, performance, and culture across shifts
