Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC operator to join our dynamic team in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality precision parts that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service and innovative products.
Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate machining
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T principles
• Experience with CNC milling machines
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Mechanical knowledge with problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
