CNC Press Brake Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Setup/Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to fabricate metal parts according to blueprint specifications and quality standards.

Press brake or CNC manufacturing experience preferred. Willing to train mechanically inclined candidates. Experience with laser, turret, fabrication, machining, or CNC equipment considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Perform bend calculations and adjust machine settings as needed
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Work with supervisors and team members to maintain production flow

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or CNC experience is a plus
