We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter for 5 Axis CNC Machines in precision brass component manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Machine setting and operation of 5 Axis CNC machines
Tool setting, offset correction & job changeover
Reading engineering drawings and process sheets
Program loading and basic editing
Maintaining production quality as per drawing tolerance
Handling first piece approval and in-process inspection
Monitoring cycle time and reducing rejection
Tool life monitoring and coolant maintenance
Support operator during production issues
Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S

Requirements

Experience in 5 Axis CNC machine setting
Knowledge of Fanuc control preferred
Ability to read Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge
Knowledge of brass precision turned components preferred
Understanding of tooling and cutting parameters
Diploma/ITI Mechanical preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
