3. Qualification: ITI / GTTC / NTTF / Diploma.

• Technical Knowledge: A thorough understanding of CNC and VMC machines, including their components, functions, and operation principles is essential. This includes knowledge of various tools, materials, and cutting techniques.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand the required dimensions, tolerances, and machining operations.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming languages like G-code and M-code. This involves the ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Machine Setup and Operation: Competence in setting up CNC and VMC machines, including loading materials, tool selection, fixture setup, and calibration. Operating the machines safely and efficiently to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Tooling and Workpiece Handling: Knowledge of various cutting tools, tool holders, and workpiece clamping techniques. Skill in selecting appropriate tools and adjusting machining parameters for different materials and cutting conditions.
• Quality Control: Understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques to ensure the accuracy and precision of machined parts. This includes using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve common issues related to machine performance, tool wear, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish. Troubleshooting skills are crucial for minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workshop. This includes proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, and safe handling of materials and tools.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and quality control personnel to convey information about production schedules, job status, and quality concerns.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with advancements in CNC and VMC technology, machining techniques, and industry best practices through training programs,

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
