Coach Driver

Take the wheel of an exciting leadership opportunity with RealNZ! RealNZ is looking for a skilled Coach Driver - Head Trainer to train, support, and inspire our talented driving team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about safety, exceptional service, and helping others thrive, all while navigating some of New Zealand's most iconic landscapes.

As the Coach Driver - Head Trainer, you'll take charge of driver training, from onboarding new team members to running ongoing assessments and development programs. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our coach driving team provides safe, memorable, and professional guest transport experiences. Alongside training, you'll actively support operations, including driving coaches, delivering engaging commentary, and assisting guests.

What You'll Bring

• Class 4 Licence and P Endorsement (essential).
• Proven experience driving in alpine and remote terrain (Fiordland, Skippers Canyon).
• Experience in a training or mentoring role, with a strong focus on safety and service.
• First Aid Certificate and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with RealNZ's coach services and routes is a plus.
