Coach / Gym Lead – Self-Employed Opportunity (Ironworx Gym, Enfield)

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable coach to join our growing team at Ironworx Gym Enfield — with the opportunity to grow into a lead/management role.

This is not just a coaching role — we’re looking for someone who wants to build their own client base while contributing to the growth and standards of the gym.

The Role:

• Coaching group classes (strength, conditioning, Hyrox-style training)
• Supporting members with technique and progression
• Maintaining a high standard of gym presentation and atmosphere
• Building your own PT client base within the gym
• Taking initiative — not waiting to be told what to do
