About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Academic Counsellor who can handle leads, guide potential students, and convert them into walk-ins for demo sessions.

This is a sales-oriented role, where your communication and persuasion skills will directly impact conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with fresh and existing leads
• Explain courses, career opportunities, and benefits clearly
• Convince and schedule students for office visits/demo sessions
• Maintain lead data and update follow-ups regularly
• Handle basic objections and convert inquiries into admissions
• Coordinate with the team for smooth demo and onboarding

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Confident speaking and convincing ability
• Basic understanding of sales / telecalling
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in counselling / telecalling / sales
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Stock Market courses
• CRM handling experience
