Channeled Resource Group is seeking Coater Operators for the operation of a silicone coating machine, adhering to all manufacturing safety and quality standards, and ensuring all work instructions and standard operating procedures are followed.

A Coater Operator’s responsibilities include:

• Ensure machine operations meet or exceed all safety standards.
• Read and understand the production documentation for each job, and ensure adherence to all work instructions.
• Ensure all production meets or exceeds company quality standards.
• Ensure production and staging areas are kept clean and that appropriate materials are prepared for the start of the next shift.
• Complete all necessary production documentation and data entry in computer system.
• Operate forklift and/or hoist machine for the coating machine.
• Communicate the jobs running (or to be run) and discuss any issues with next operator upon shift change over.
• Inform supervisor (or production/plant manager) if there are any problems that need immediate attention.
• Ensure Coater helper performs all expected job duties.
• Train and coach Coater helper to learn machine operation.
• Perform other coating line duties as needed by supervisor or manager

SHIFTS

• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am/Sunday - Thursday
• Overtime as needed per customer demand
• Shift differential: 3rd shift - $2.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
