As we expand, we’re searching for a Bar Manager with expertise in crafting world-class cocktail programs and experience in bars recognized by Asia’s 50 Best or similar accolades.

Role Overview

As Bar Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of bar operations while fostering a culture of creativity, teamwork, and excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a vision for innovative mixology, a strong leadership background, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all bar operations, including inventory management, team development, and service standards.
• Collaborate with the team to design a standout cocktail program aligned with TCO’s brand identity.
• Train, mentor, and inspire bartenders to consistently deliver top-quality drinks and service.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
• Host and organize unique events such as guest bartender shifts, pop-ups, and collaborations.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Drive profitability while maintaining the lounge’s premium reputation.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in high-end cocktail bars, with leadership roles preferred.
• Background in bars featured in Asia’s 50 Best Bars or equivalent prestigious venues.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and bar management.
• Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
• A creative approach to cocktail design with respect for the classics.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
