Cocktail Bartender

We are looking for superstar Bar Tenders & Floor Staff to join our elite teams at our unique venues Bridge 26 & Velvet Room!

Candidates must be friendly, confident, hardworking, self sufficient and able to cope under pressure.

Some Bar & Cocktail experience is essential, but full training on our operations will be provided for successful candidates.

Friday Evening & All day Saturday shifts are a minimum.(some weekday shifts will be available)

```Duties```

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails & beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

```Requirements```

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques is a plus
