Duties

• Design and deliver engaging coding lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Develop curriculum materials, exercises, and projects that promote hands-on learning
• Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
• Incorporate real-world applications of coding to enhance student understanding and interest
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and curriculum content
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, productive learning atmosphere

Skills

• Proven classroom experience teaching coding or related technology subjects
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Passion for education and inspiring students to pursue technology careers

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
