Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coding Trainer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between academic theory and industry requirements by teaching foundational or advanced programming concepts to students. You will assist in delivering curriculum, guiding hands-on projects, mentoring learners, and clarifying doubts to enable students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Training: Deliver engaging, hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and lab sessions on topics such as Python, Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, or Web Development.
• Mentorship & Doubt Clearing: Provide personalized guidance to students, helping them debug code, understand complex concepts, and overcome learning obstacles.
• Curriculum Assistance: Assist in developing, reviewing, and refining educational content, including assignments, quizzes, and project-based learning materials.
• Evaluation: Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and mock technical interviews.
• Technical Support: Maintain and update coding environments or project repositories (e.g., GitHub)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BSc, BCA, BTech, etc.).
• Programming Proficiency: Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, or basic Web Development (HTML/CSS).
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for Teaching: High empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for helping others learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
• Projects or internship experience in software development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
