Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and dining areas.
• Assist with food preparation and display items as needed to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food and beverage items served.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS systems efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques and menu offerings.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
