Position : Collection Executive (NBFC)

Location: Hisar

• Job Description:

Responsible for timely EMI collection, follow-up on overdue customers, and maintaining portfolio quality as per NBFC policies and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for pending EMIs (calls)
Ensure timely recovery and minimize NPAs
Update collection records and daily reports
Coordinate with credit and legal teams when required
Follow ethical recovery practices and company process
Requirements:
Graduate/12th pass (as per company norms)
Experience in NBFC or Bank collections preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
